● All services are in the Hyundai Creta 2023 vehicle, or similar with air conditioning with a maximum capacity for 4 people and up to 2 medium-sized suitcases.
● It is important to verify that the address of origin and/or destination are correct, making sure to include waypoints if necessary.
● The service is personal, non-transferable and is subject to availability.

                                                                                                                                                  TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES

● El servicio debe solicitarse por el huésped que ha realizado la reservación al correo contacto@lucianacondesa.com o directamente al teléfono (+52) 5639570170, con un mínimo de 3 horas de anticipación, a excepción de viajes de más de 10 kms, estos deberán agendarse con mínimo 24 horas de anticipación.

● Cualquier cambio o cancelación deberá notificarse a la gerencia al correo contacto@lucianacondesa.com y/o al teléfono (+52) 5639570170 con mínimo 12 horas de anticipación a la hora del servicio confirmado para evitar cobros.

● En caso de cambio o cancelación efectuado con menos de 12 horas  hasta 1 hora antes del servicio confirmado, se cobrará el 50% del servicio.

● En caso de cambio o cancelación efectuado con menos de 1 hora  del servicio confirmado, se cobrará el 100% del servicio.

● Si el huésped no se presenta en el lugar y hora acordada del servicio de transporte, el servicio se considerará como servicio realizado y se agregará a los cobros de la habitación.

● Se tendrá que agendar el servicio con tiempo suficiente previo a la hora establecida para la salida del vuelo. Para vuelos nacionales se recomienda estar en el aeropuerto con dos horas de anticipación y para vuelos internacionales con tres horas de anticipación. Factores como el tráfico, manifestaciones, bloqueos viales por obras, clima entre otros, son responsabilidad del huésped, y están fuera del control del servicio de transporte de Casa Luciana.

● Es importante mantener encendido el celular al acercarse la hora solicitada de tu servicio. En caso de no hacer contacto a la hora especificada del servicio, el chofer se mantendrá esperando hasta 20 minutos. Si pasado este tiempo no se logra hacer el contacto, se cancelará el servicio, se considerará como servicio realizado y se cargará a la habitación.

● El chofer de Casa Luciana enviará un mensaje de texto al teléfono celular registrado, hasta una hora antes del horario de servicio, con el nombre del chofer y características del auto, notificando su arribo en el punto acordado. En caso de no poder hacer contacto con el chofer, llama directamente a la gerencia.

● Todos los servicios son en el vehículo Hyundai Creta 2023, o similar con aire acondicionado con capacidad máxima para 4 personas y hasta 2 maletas medianas.

● Es importante verificar que la dirección de origen y/o destino sean correctas, asegurarse de incluir puntos de referencia si es necesario.

● El servicio es personal, no transferible y está sujeto a disponibilidad.

● The service must be requested by the guest who has made the reservation to the email contacto@lucianacondesa.com or directly to the phone (+52) 5639570170, with a minimum of 3 hours in advance, except for trips of more than 10 km, these must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
● Any change or cancellation must be notified to management at contacto@lucianacondesa.com and/or by phone (+52) 5639570170 at least 12 hours in advance of the confirmed service time to avoid charges.
● In case of change or cancellation made less than 12 hours up to 1 hour before the confirmed service, 50% of the service will be charged.
● In case of change or cancellation made with less than 1 hour of the confirmed service, 100% of the service will be charged.
● If the guest does not show up at the agreed place and time of the transportation service, the service will be considered as a service completed and will be added to the room charges.
● The service will have to be scheduled with sufficient time prior to the time established for the departure of the flight. For domestic flights it is recommended to be at the airport two hours in advance and for international flights three hours in advance. Factors such as traffic, demonstrations, road blocks due to construction, weather, among others, are the responsibility of the guest, and are beyond the control of the Casa Luciana transportation service.
● It is important to keep your cell phone on as the requested time of your service approaches. In case of not making contact at the specified time of the service, the driver will remain waiting for up to 20 minutes. If, after this time, contact is not made, the service will be cancelled, it will be considered as a service completed and the room will be charged.
● The Casa Luciana driver will send a text message to the registered cell phone, up to one hour before service hours, with the name of the driver and characteristics of the car, notifying their arrival at the agreed point. In case you cannot make contact with the driver, call the management directly.
